DDT&TS OUTREACH SERVICES
Consultations for Individuals
- We come to your community to provide behavioral consultative
services.
- Each consultation consists of 1 to 4 days of observations and
meetings with local support team members.
- We directly observe the person served and we provide behavioral
supports training to family members and local staff.
- At the end of the consultation we have a meeting to go over our
recommendations for improving or maintaining support strategies.
- We leave printed copies of all recommendations as well as data
collection tools to assist your team and our team in tracking behavioral
progress and the effectiveness of behavioral strategies.
We provide follow-up for up to six months after the consultation. This
includes data collection, regular telephone calls, and on-site visits.
When a DDT&TS Outreach team comes to your community we work with your
